Sev-0 Fines and Compliance
T-Mobile has introduced new non-compliance fines starting February 15, 2024. Fines will apply to messages containing prohibited content, such as phishing, smishing, illegal content, or other violations, as detailed below:
Tier 1: $2,000 for phishing or social engineering attempts.
Tier 2: $1,000 for illegal content.
Tier 3: $500 for other violations, such as inappropriate messaging related to sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, or tobacco (SHAFT).
These fines apply to A2P messaging products and are passed on by Go High Level to the account holder. Non-compliant brands or campaigns may face suspension from the T-Mobile network.
